Eurovision Song Contest 2025 - Live pictures for 170 million viewers

Precise preparations down to the last detail.
When the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 took place in Switzerland, one thing was clear from the outset: everything had to work perfectly in the air. We started planning months in advance. Filming permits, technical clarifications, safety concepts, flight routes, risk analyses. Everything was prepared down to the smallest detail. After all, when you fly live over crowds of people, you don't work with leeway, but with responsibility.

Organization with an overview.
Four flight systems were placed outside and inside the stadium at strategic points, ready for live flights under the highest security level. The operations were closely coordinated with SRF, event production and the authorities. During the entire event, there was an official airspace closure, which meant precise communication with the authorities, meticulous timing and clean documentation of every single operation. Without the necessary special permits and certifications (SORA), such an execution would not have been possible.

Challenge between ropes and seconds.
The main stage was densely populated - with light structures, cable systems and the spectacular Spidercam, which moved through the entire stadium. Our drones had to move with millimeter precision in this narrow, vertical airspace, often parallel to the camera work. Every flight was a choreography. Between spidercam ropes, time slots and crowds, there was no room for error.

Safety is teamwork.
Over 36,000 people on site. Over 170 million on the screens. And us in between, a well-coordinated, experienced team that can rely on each other 100%. Every flight was coordinated, every announcement had to be right. From the spotter position to live communication with the director to the pilot: Everyone knew what they had to do and when.

Perfect pictures. Live. Without a second attempt.
Perfect aerial shots. Live. Without a second attempt. Our drone images were transmitted directly to the video control room in real time and without delay, for live TV broadcasts, event streams, concerts or even shows. With a full HD transmission, we deliver professional drone live images reliably and in compliance with the law. It's not just about flying: it requires maximum concentration, a lightning-fast response to stage directions, a technical understanding of live stream workflows and a precise sense of timing. We speak the language of directing, understand the processes of a live production and deliver exactly when it counts: live and on air.

The result: breathtaking images, delivered with pinpoint accuracy. No compromises. No coincidence. Just genuine craftsmanship, certified expertise - and a team that knows how to deliver under pressure.
